Don did a great job servicing my home furnace, and was descriptive about potential issues it could have. He showed me an issue with the motor not kicking on and rather than try to sell me a new motor, he tinkered with it for a few minutes and discovered a disconnected wire rather than give up and sell me an unnecessary motor. I respect honesty above all else in service, and Don delivers. He's definitely the guy I'll call when I need heating service again.

Don recently replaced the furnace at my home, replacing an old system that had failed after 30+ years with a brand new one. The job was done quickly and it is running great. Just a couple of days later, I had a heating system issue at a rental property I own in Athol. Don was there within an hour and repaired it, serviced and cleaned it and got it running. I would highly recommend him.

I had Donny come in and clean my furnace yesterday, he did the most through cleaning and inspection of my furnace that was ever done by any other tech. He spent the time to make sure ever part of it was working like new and also did an efficiency test.
